Infamous hacker, George Hotz, has accepted a challenge to be the first to “jailbreak” the iPad 2 from a fellow hacker, Joshua Hill. Hill posted the challenge to Hotz via twitter.
Hotz had recently been sued for hacking the Sony Playstation 3 which has recently been settled out of court. One notable problem for Hotz in winning this challenge is that he does not have an iPad2. Hotz has remarked in his blog that Apple has gotten quite good at preventing hackers such as himself from “jailbreaking” their devices.
