The EL Patio Motel in St. Petersburg Florida is the worst Motel I have ever seen. Full of Black Mold, Termites, Crack Heads, Meth Heads, Drug Dealers and Whores. The owner, ARVIND D PATEL, is a bad man. He knows what is going on in his property and does nothing.VEENA HOSPITALITY LLC who runs the El Patio motel has not paid taxes since 2007.
